2. Data collected
Forms collect first and last name, email, phone, company, managed unit count, role, PMS, stated source and optional notes. Do not include sensitive data or guests’ personal data in notes. Hosting services may process connection data to deliver and protect the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Form data is used to answer requests, arrange demos and take requested pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Website security and operation rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Optional campaign statistics rely on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Requesting a demo does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize marketing.
4. Campaign statistics
With consent we record page, date and time, language, UTM parameters, referrer, session identifier where available, browser information and connection-derived country. We record form submissions and may associate campaign attribution with the demo request in Close. Without consent the demo form remains available but optional attribution is not collected.
5. Recipients and transfers
Demo requests are sent to Close CRM for sales follow-up. Lovable Cloud and technical hosting providers support the website and statistics. Authorized personnel may access data for these purposes. Where providers process data outside the EEA, the controller must ensure GDPR safeguards, such as applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention and optional data
Request data is retained as necessary to handle the request and resulting relationship, subject to legal obligations and protection of rights. Statistics are retained only as necessary for campaign analysis. Cookie choices are remembered for up to 180 days; browser analytics identifiers last for the session. Required fields are needed for the demo; notes and analytics consent are optional.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability and object to processing. Withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie preferences, without affecting prior processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your competent supervisory authority. This notice covers the public website, not the data processing agreements for the Hopy platform.
