From today, property managers using OwnerRez can connect Hopy Suite in minutes and automate every WhatsApp communication with guests and owners — no more copying bookings or door codes by hand.
What the integration does
- Syncs bookings, guests and properties in real time.
- Sends automated confirmations, check-in instructions and review requests through the official WhatsApp Business API.
- Updates owners' calendars and notifies them on booking changes.
- Detects the guest's language and translates replies on the fly.
How to enable it
Inside Hopy Suite: pick OwnerRez from the integrations list, authorise the account and choose the properties to sync. The full setup takes less than 15 minutes, supported by our onboarding team.
