New: AI Voice Messages in HopySuite Inbox

35% of guests who message a property manager on WhatsApp send at least one voice message. Until today, listening and responding to them — especially in different languages — was time-consuming. Starting today, that's no longer the case.

What the New Feature Does

• Transcribes received voice messages in real-time, in over 50 languages.
• Translates the transcription into your working language.
• Suggests a written or voice response, generated with HopySuite's neutral voice or cloned from your own.
• Everything remains tracked in the booking thread.

The feature is included in the Pro and Enterprise plans at no additional cost. Activate it from Settings → AI → Voice.
